About Our Business
Mark Kelley has been constructing and managing the building of high-end residential custom homes in the Bay Area for over 30 years. Mark has successfully built large, beautiful homes with minimal staffing. The formula for his projects works well financially for clients, as costs are significantly lower over the life of the project.
Areas of Specialty
We will accept no more than two projects at a time so that Mark is on-site every day to insure top quality workmanship and to ensure timelines are met. We firmly believe in the direct working relationship between the Owners, Architect, Structural Engineer and Interior Decorator. These relationships are extremely influential to the decisions and schedules that are developed.
